Why Fire Alarm Warehouse

Genuine Fire Alarm Parts, Backed by Authorised Distributor Status

Fire Alarm Warehouse is an authorised UK distributor for Gent and Notifier (Honeywell) fire alarm systems, and stocks genuine Yuasa standby batteries. Every part we sell is sourced directly through the manufacturer's official distribution channel — not through a grey-market importer or a third-party reseller — so you're getting the same components your original installer would have specified.

Officially Authorised — Not Just Another Reseller

A lot of sites selling fire alarm parts online are reselling stock of unclear origin, which can leave installers and facilities managers exposed if a part turns out to be counterfeit, greyed-import, or simply the wrong revision for their system. Fire Alarm Warehouse's Gent and Notifier distributor status means our supply chain is traceable back to Honeywell, giving you confidence that what you're fitting is genuine, correctly specified, and won't compromise your system's EN54 certification or your BS 5839-1 service and maintenance regime.

Why Genuine Parts Matter

Fire detection and alarm systems in the UK are typically installed, serviced and maintained in line with BS 5839-1, and individual components carry EN54 certification as part of a certified system. Fitting a non-genuine or incompatible part can invalidate that certification, create compatibility issues on the loop, and in the worst case compromise the system's ability to detect a fire reliably. Buying genuine Gent, Notifier and Yuasa parts protects the integrity of the system you're maintaining.
