Shipping & Delivery Policy — Fire Alarm Warehouse

Dispatch
In-stock items are dispatched the same working day on orders placed before 2pm. Items not held in stock are ordered in from the manufacturer once you place your order and typically dispatch within 3–5 working days. If you need a part urgently, call us on 020 8861 2466 to confirm stock and lead time before ordering.

UK Delivery
• Free delivery on orders of £200 or more (order value excluding VAT)
• £9.99 standard delivery on orders under £200 (order value excluding VAT)

All orders are shipped using a tracked courier service.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Outside the UK
We deliver to EU and selected international destinations, with the delivery charge shown at checkout. For the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any destination not offered at checkout, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the shipping charge for your address.
